Ferro Silicon
Ferro silicon is a ferroalloy, an alloy of iron and silicon with an average silicon content between 15 and 90 weight percent. Ferro Silicon replaces the need for ferro manganese and calcium silicides in the manufacturing process. In the manufacture of cast iron, ferrosilicon is used for inoculation of the iron to accelerate graphitization.

Ferro Silicon Manganese
Ferro Silicon Magnesium (FeSiMg) is a nodulizing alloy used in SG Iron production to form spheroidal graphite, enhancing strength, ductility, and overall casting performance with consistent and reliable results.
Ferro Silicon Calcium
Calcium-Silicon alloys are used as deoxidizer and desulfurizer in the manufacturing of high grade steel. Ferro Calcium Silicon alloy is also used for the modification of non-metallic inclusions. Calcium Silicon is used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions improving fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of the steel product
Ferro Phosphorus
Ferro Phosphorus, a combination of phosphorus with iron, is used as an ingredient in high-strength low-alloy steel and is used as a good dehydrating agent that can remove water during the alloy formation.
